Kloset 6 Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kloset 6. If you're not, we're here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

General Return Guidelines

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be accepted, all merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags still attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

How to Make a Return

You have two options for returning your merchandise:

  • In-Store: You can bring your eligible items to any Kloset 6 location to process your return or exchange immediately. To return an online item in store, it must be an item that was shipped from our store. Please contact us via email or phone before returning an Online item in store. We will need to schedule a return time.
  • By Mail: To return an item by mail, please contact us. Returned items will need to be paid by the customer unless there was an error on our end: Wrong item, size or color shipped, or damages.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear back in your account.

Exchanges: Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item or item of the same order value.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Undergarments
  • Leggings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
